It is with great sadness that we have to report that Dan Docherty passed away on 9th December 2021. His memory lives on through this website, his articles, videos, podcasts and in the hearts, minds and teaching of his many students and friends throughout the world.

Unpleasantness

management of aggression, self defence with a bit of body language and transactional analysis thrown in. 25 years ago and for some 5 years I taught these courses in North London mainly for the Training Network, but also privately. All thru the kindly offices of Aidan Cochrane from Belfast. it started off as self defence, but it quickly became clear a sensitive intellectual and psychological approach was needed. My Royal Hong Kong Police Training made me the perfect choice as a 'trainer / course leader. Unfortunately there is a lot of unpleasantness out there still, perhaps more than before. Hence the resurrection on my site of courses in training PTCCI instructors and practitioners to run such courses for ladies / kids / joe public. First course will be April 7-8. Be there or be square
